Hazardous Materials Decision Support Tool.

Developed specifically to address the unique needs of first responders, HazRAE is the most complete hazardous materials decision support application for chemical, biological, radiological and WMD assessments. HazRAE is the only tool of its type to be approved under the US Department of Homeland Security’s SAFETY Act as an Effective Anti-Terrorism Product.

HazRAE includes integrated response information for more than 96,000 chemical agents (TICs, TIMs, CW agents), biological agents (bio-weapon and bioterror agents), radioactive materials, and improvised explosive devices.

Identify a broad range of agents via observed physical properties. Patent-pending library of 780,000 unique attribute combinations indetifies materials in less than 3 seconds.

Indentify unknown agents via observed medical signs and symptoms.
Includes information from NIOSH, OSHA, NIH, USEPA, FEMA and USDOT databases and standards.

HazRAE’s materials database can be searched using traditional identifiers such as name, UN or CAS number. HazRAE can also search for and identify unknown materials by physical properties, such as color and odor, or by the symptoms of victims of exposure.

HazRae PDA Kit Includes:

- One HP iPAQ HX2410 (or equivalent) with HazRAE Version 3.0 software installed.
- One SD Card with a backup copy of HazRAE software loaded on it.
